Casa Dos Monitos (Main house) is located in the beach community of Playa Grande, a short drive from the beach. The property is fully equipped with the basic necessities to enjoy your vacation. It has secure parking within a small gated community of four villas, and security, all surrounded by jungle. There are beautiful green areas which our maintenance team looks after constantly. The property has 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 10 guests, but can be accomodated to fit more if needed, upon request with prior notice and for an additional fee. There is also an office space. Pet Fee $100.

Policies
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $500.00. The damage deposit is payable upon booking.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

This a no-smoking property.
