Mari is a young entrepreneur from Costa Rica, passionate about life, surfing, great food, and staying active. A true foodie, she enjoys exploring culinary experiences as much as she does catching waves.

She currently serves as the manager of her family’s accounting and law firm, where she plays a key leadership role. Earlier in her career, Mari worked in concierge services and management companies, where she discovered her true passion for creating exceptional experiences and personalized service.

This passion inspired her—alongside her business partner Mitzam—to found CRCS (Costa Rica Concierge Services). Now, five years in, CRCS stands as a testament to their dedication, vision, and entrepreneurial spirit, offering high-quality concierge services with a personal, professional, and flavor-filled touch.

Dynamism, authenticity and commitment is what makes Mitzam unstoppable and highly effective. She will give everything for you to find your dream home in Guanacaste.

Mitzam knows extensively the coastal development of real estate, the laws of the country and the government projects that can favor the real estate business, due to her journalistic background as editor and co -owner of local newspaper The Jaco Journal.

She worked for many years as a sales and marketing for large surf brands in Central America. Her father is an architect from Southern California, her mother resides in Houston, giving her the opportunity to understand the North American market.

Mitzam offers the Real Estate Concierge, going beyond selling properties, she will help you to know through activities and culinary experiences, the area where her clients show interest in investing. Providing what is necessary, so that the acquisition or sale of your property is in a pleasant and stress-free environment.

My name is Daniela Leal, a proud local from Tamarindo, Costa Rica — where sun, beach, and pura vida are part of everyday life. With a background in customer service and a passion for hospitality, I’ve spent years helping guests with everything from the simple to the extraordinary — always with a smile and positive attitude.

Although my studies were in photography and early childhood education, I fell in love with the world of tourism thanks to the growing vibrancy of my hometown. Meeting people from all over the world has been both personally and professionally enriching.
